    Answer a short, private questionnaire about your history, goals and current medicines.

    A licensed clinician reviews it

    A clinician licensed in your state reviews your answers and decides whether treatment is appropriate for you.

  3. Step 3

    Your plan, if appropriate

    If treatment is appropriate, your clinician explains the options, risks and costs before you decide anything.

  4. Step 4

    Ongoing check-ins

    You stay in touch with your care team, who can adjust or stop treatment as needed.

Who this is and is not for

Prescription weight-management treatment is not right for everyone. It may not be appropriate if you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant, or if you have certain medical conditions.

Only a licensed clinician who has reviewed your history can decide whether treatment is appropriate for you. Nothing on this site is medical advice.

Are you open yet?

Not yet. We are preparing to open, and the waitlist is the way to hear first.

Which states will you serve?

We will announce the states when we open. The full waitlist form asks for your state so we can tell you when we are available there. If you join with just your email, we will email you when we open.

Does it cost anything to join the waitlist?

No. Joining the waitlist is free and does not commit you to anything.

What will you do with my information?

We use it to contact you about opening. We do not share health information with advertising or analytics tools.

Will a doctor really review my answers?

Yes. When we open, a licensed clinician will review your health history before any treatment decision.
